Hi, I’m Jia En 佳恩, a Singapore property agent who walks the talk.
MY STORY...
I started my real estate journey in 2020 while studying Economics & Finance at Singapore Management University. Before that, I honed my skills in market analysis, negotiation, and investments at top real estate firms like Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Colliers, and IRAS.
Coming from a humble background, my parents are still happily living in their HDB flat. I’ve seen firsthand how upgrading to the right property at the right time can transform lives. My uncles and aunties did it, and their finances and lifestyles improved every few years.

I believe in living the same advice I give to my clients. Today, I own 1 industrial property and 1 condominium in my 20s, and I aim to own one more property before I turn 35.
In 2023, I bought my first investment property, an industrial unit, after months of searching and several failed offers. It wasn’t easy, but it appreciated over $200K and now generates strong rental yields.
In 2024, my (now) husband and I purchased our executive condo. It was financially stressful at first, but I knew the land prices and market trends, locking in early meant securing future profits.
